The GenIA database is a unique resource that aims at centralising and harmonising knowledge on all genetically driven immune-related disorders. We strive to keep an updated catalog of all Inborn Errors of Immunity (IEI) and to record any patient, family and variant in any immune-relevant gene ever published in the literature.
GenIA is an international collaborative effort led and curated by a multidiciplinary team of clinicians, geneticists, immunologists and bioinformaticians. Our resource is valued and supported by a global user community.
Over the last 3 decades there has been a nearly exponential expansion of discovery of genetically driven immune-related disorder, more commonly known as Inborn Errors of Immunity (IEIs).
Therefore we have created an easy-to-navigate, live catalog of all these genetically driven Immune-related disorders, which include Primary Immunodeficiencies (PIDs), Autoimmune, Autoinflammatory and Lymphoproliferative disorders, among others.
